Traveling extensively, I found that I have been drawn to glass arts in many parts of the world. I moved to southern NJ in 1999 and discovered that melting glass and making functional items would become a passion for me for the rest of my life. Wheaton Arts allows me to educate like-minded folks about the history, technology, and techniques that allow the individual to create glass art works of their own.
I have been a Lampworker/Flameworker for over 15 years, volunteering at WheatonArts for much of that time. I love watching the faces of our visitors when I create an item out of molten glass on the torches in the Flameworking Studio.
