Wheaton [re] Gather
a Celebration of the Life & Work of Paul J. Stankard
Saturday, May 20, 2023 – SOLD OUT
We invite you to join us on May 20, 2023 at the Wheaton [re] Gather, in honor of Paul Joseph Stankard as we celebrate his 80th birthday, a benchmark reflecting a rich and inspired artistic career. Paul has been a vital member of our community for decades, not only creating magnificent works in glass — but also touching countless lives with his generous spirit. We are proud to honor his contributions to the field at the Wheaton [re] Gather, an event that will bring us together for the first time since 2019 for friends, fellowship, and food.
During the afternoon, Paul (and friends) will provide collaborative demonstrations in the WheatonArts Glass Studio. Guests will then be invited to the Museum of American Glass for a private tour of the exhibit Amber Cowan | Alchemy of Adornment, led by Amber Cowan and curator Mary Mills. A delicious celebratory dinner will be served by Feast Your Eyes Catering.
You are invited to become a Patron
