Painted Installation Creation Part 2: The Photoshop Multiplication with John Garretson

This class will be a continuation of our painted installation work. We will continue to document the first art making experience through photography. Then we will take additional photographs of our paintings in new and contrasting contexts. After a basic primer on Photoshop we will explore the ability of this software to create multiple artistic iterations of our imagery. Through expanding what we have begun previously; our aim is to enrich our understanding of this powerful software and the potential of our original art and its complex relationship to the space it was installed in.
