I graduated from Parsons School of Design in 1979 with a degree in illustration. I have been a freelance artist, art director, and giftware designer. My work has been licensed and produced as calendars, ceramic tiles, fabric, and many other products. In 1991 I started my own business and traveled around the country exhibiting at fine arts and craft shows ever since.
My work consists of mixed media collages that begin with a variety of papers that I handprint using original stencils and abstract painting techniques. Thousands of pieces are cut and assembled to complete each design. The collages are then scanned, and the images are printed on steel using dye sublimation to create interactive magnet boards. A variety of character magnets are available to coordinate with each of the boards.
