Originally from the western banks of Michigan, David Schnuckel earned a BA in Fine Arts from Anderson University in 2003 and an MFA in glass from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2008.  His work has been shown in many noteworthy exhibitions across the nation, accepted to show within the Young Glass exhibition in Denmark in 2007, entitled him to be a finalist for the 2007 Elizabeth R. Raphael Founder’s Prize, and is in the collection of President Bill Clinton. Currently, he is an instructor at Alfred University and is avoiding contact with every loan agency that is adamantly asking him to pay back an overwhelming sum of tuition debt with great success.
