Suyeon Kim is a Korean glass artist whose work narrates collected memories based on her drawings. She received her BFA in Ceramics and Glass and Printmaking from Hongik University in Seoul, South Korea, and MFA in Glass from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in Carbondale, IL, United States. Kim participates in various residency programs; Korea Ceramics Foundation (South Korea), Gyeonggi Craft Center (South Korea), and Pilchuck Glass School(USA). She has been teaching glass at Hongik University as a lecturer since 2021.
