OneGoodTurn, LLC is based in Haddon Heights, New Jersey. Kirk has more than 40 years of experience in developing his woodworking style, and has displayed his pieces at The Brandywine Festival of the Arts, Wheaton Festival of Fine Craft, The Delaware Center for Contemporary Art, The Factory in Collingswood, NJ, and other local festivals including Moorestown, NJ, Haddonfield, NJ and Collingswood, NJ. He received his BA in Industrial Arts Education from Glassboro State College in 1976 and then worked as an instructor of woodworking and design, AutoCAD, photography, drafting and design, and graphic arts until his retirement in 2013.

Kirk’s collection celebrates both a deep appreciation for creativity, as well as quality craftsmanship. In a process called polychromatic segmented turning, one-of-a-kind utilitarian artworks are crafted from natural woods. The artist selects contrasting species of wood, which are then shaped on a lathe. No stains, paints or dyes are used in Kirk’s work. Colorful and unique, these pieces are perfect for display, entertaining guests, or as cherished keepsakes.

OneGoodTurn is owned by Kirk and Nancy Kirkpatrick.
