Third Saturdays, May – December
1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Engage with works of art and archaeological artifacts through talks led by archaeologists, curators, and artists. Each speaker will provide a unique, personal perspective on their role as it relates to the topics addressed in the two special exhibits, From the Ground Up and Mine Moonlight: Artists Working in Philadelphia’s River Wards, in the Museum of American Glass.
Meet members of the AECOM archaeology, history, and digital media team!
Join us as we explore the exhibition From the Ground Up with AECOM archaeologists, historians, and digital media staff. Be among the first to see the most recent artifacts recovered since the exhibit was installed! Enjoy hands-on activities and discover different aspects of archaeology and the I-95 project, including Native American artifacts, 3D visualization and printing, historical research, and geoarchaeology.
