WHEATONARTS ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH SNJ TODAY

MILLVILLE, NJ – WheatonArts has announced a new partnership with SNJ Today, a media company located in Millville, NJ. SNJ Today is dedicated to telling community stories in the most innovative ways.

As anchor organizations that serve South Jersey by meeting the needs of the community, both WheatonArts and SNJ Today will strategically work together to bring positive stories about the exploration of creativity and artistic process to the region. SNJ Today will work with WheatonArts to produce interesting stories about artist work, exhibitions, events and educational programming through news broadcasts, feature stories, and segments on popular radio and television shows. SNJ Today will also be present at select WheatonArts events and programs as well as be featured on the new WheatonArts web site wheatonarts.org.

Susan Gogan, WheatonArts Executive Director, explains, “WheatonArts is a haven for all who want to experience artistic expression and learn more about South Jersey’s rich history and cultural heritage. By developing a community partnership with a respected media company dedicated to telling positive stories, we’re reaching audiences that visit our beautiful campus as well as visitors wanting to learn more through television and news programs. The mission of SNJ Today, to reach the community, aligns with the mission of WheatonArts. Our Museum of American Glass, artist studios, award-winning shops, special events and programs – they are all designed to encourage the exploration of creativity and artistic process. Furthermore, they exist to connect community members with each other. Those experiences should be shared, and by partnering with SNJ Today, we’ll be able to connect with a wider audience and provide some great stories for SNJ Today to tell.”
