WHEATONARTS ANNOUNCES “MILLVILLE IN MAY!” ALL MILLVILLE RESIDENTS RECEIVE FREE ADMISSION

MILLVILLE, NJ – WheatonArts is pleased to announce a new month-long admission program titled, “Millville in May!” funded by the Joseph L. Carley Foundation. All Millville residents will experience WheatonArts new exhibitions and programs at no cost from May 1 through May 31.

Millville residents will have the opportunity to experience WheatonArts’ daily Artist Studio presentations, Museum of American Glass and Gallery of Fine Craft exhibitions, Museum Stores, and children’s activities (Creation Stations, Letterboxing, Build It, Table Art, and Outdoor Games). In addition, residents will receive special discounts and offers throughout the month. They include:

• A Museum of American Glass special interpretative tour featuring glass objects made inMillville plus a Creative Tools Station
• Door prizes for Millville residents
• Half-Off Admission for out-of-town guests
• “Come Back” Pass for a return visit between June and December 2015
• 10% OFF in Museum Stores for Millville residents. 20% OFF for Members who are Millville residents. (Discounts exclude food and candy.)
The Joseph L. Carley Foundation is dedicated to improving and enhancing the lives of people in Cumberland County, NJ, through grants to nonprofit organizations dedicated to social and family services. The foundation supports educational and community development projects but priority is given to supporting nonprofits that provide direct humanitarian services. Learn more at carleyfoundation.org.

WheatonArts is open Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Open Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day. Closed Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. To receive free admission to WheatonArts in May Millville residents must show proof of residency (examples include a drivers license, tax bill and utility bill).
